Oh, you like Kate Bush too. Wuthering heights gives me chills as much the Purple Rain does simply because these songs capture most powerfully the last moments of innocence. Lately I have been listening to Director's Cut album, which is very feminine but also adult-like too. Hopefully we'll hear something new production from Kate Bush soon.

She's gradually become of my all time favorites
I saw the "Director's Cut" album yesterday for $7.99, and I'll be picking it up tomorrow "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I think it has something to do with the mainstream collaborations (Eric Clapton, Gary Brooker... even our Princey) and the album not being experimental enough. It may not be her most innovative album, but the majority of the songs are great, I don't think it is far away from her best records.

She's the bollocks! Hope you enjoy the album.

I guess it's just not strange enough for a Kate Bush album. You're right about the songwriting, tho'. It's top-notch for the most part.

@ Cloudbuster. I assume that you have The Line, The Cross & The Curve film?
I did not get this till a few months ago, i find it a nice little companion to TRS album, nice visuals, and Kate as per looks great.

Aye, it's... ummm, interesting I suppose. Haven't watched it in years, tho'. I think the Rubberband Girl clip remains the best part of it. I doubt it'll ever get a DVD release as Kate thinks it's shit.
