MJ stans have nothing but records and sales to use. If we look at Michael's music, he hasn't made a great album since Thriller and I'm sure as hell tired of his chipmunk voice that he adopted.

From Destiny to Thriller..... those 4 albums is Michael at his best IMO. After that, gimme a greatest hits compilation throw on about 4 Jackson 5 songs and we got a deal. Amazing performer though.

Congrats to Katy if she ties the record, I don't like the heffa but its about time my generation start making moves and claim their own marks in the annals of time. Its not always about the past and old farts.

Off The Wall is his best album actually. Bad is spotty as hell and when he started to become cheesy and corny. Outside of Destiny, OTW, Triumph and Thriller.... he really wasn't all that IMO. I get mad at the ones that only brag about his sales figures. I hardly talk to them anymore anyway.

This record isn't much of a record though. The way sales are now, it's like setting an arena football record. Who cares?

The funny part of this to me is that for an album that has 4 number one singles, it's only sold 1.6 million copies, which really isn't a lot considering. The SINGLE "T.G.I.F" has actually sold more copies than the entire album. How sad is that?

Michael is probably the ONLY artist where his accolades matches his real talent. There is ALWAYS going to be someone more talented than someone else and the same can go for Prince, James, etc etc but the fact of the matter is.. it is sad the music industry has gotten to this point where it is easy for no talent or mediocre songs to get to number one. I am not saying this has not happened in the past but its ridiculous to trash Michael just because some fans express their anger in this.
