Dare is a great album, top to bottom.
I really dig "Seconds", "Love Action" and TTTDAMO.
I didn't know the album was so successful at the time... not a lot of people talk about it now, but it is damn great. | |

Good choice
Check out "The Touchables" from the "Travelogue" album. It was the album immediately prior to "Dare" and has a rawer, more primitive sound... but is very cool.

I used to play it everyday in the weeks and months after it was first released. I remember listening to a lot of Thomas Dolby during this same period also.  | |

I just listened to the album last week. I like the whole album. When I first bought it I would listen to it for hours. "I Am the Law," "Seconds" and "Darkness" are my favorites aside from "Don't You Want Me." I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think. |
