i was listenin' 2 "The Bird" Live (The Time) & i was sittin' here thinkin... who r some of the Funkiest People 2 come out of the Prince or Paisley Park Camp??? or mayb some other Bands or People... i'm talkin' about "Head Nod" ish!!! Dr. Fink - ain't no other white keyboard player Funkier than him, ever! Eric Leeds - Not only beautiful horn sound maker but a Funk sax master! Plus he, much like Dr. Fink, know the Funk spirit, how they move with their instruments... John Blackwell - once I heard him bring in the Linn clap into the groove...he became Funkier. Neto the keyboard player...he's got the Funk...much in the spirit of Dr. Fink. I think he's the Funkiest SINCE Dr. Fink! | |
