Cee Lo- Bright Light Bigger City

Does anyone have the CD that this song is on? The beginning music sounds SO familiar, does anyone know if a sample from another song was used?

Anyone that doesn't have the CD,have a listen, and see if the music sounds familiar to you.

It's on Ce-Lo's album "The Lady Killer" smile The synths and bass are very much inspired by Billie Jean smile that's why it sounds similar smile

The strings are sampled from "You Only Live Twice" (the theme from the James Bond film).

Robbie Williams' "Millennium" also samples "You Only Live Twice," maybe that is the song you are thinking of?

I bought Cee-Lo's CD but this and FU are the only good songs, and especially when he turned into a total asshole on twitter I started to regret spending 12$ on his filler of a CD.

I've been a fan of Cee-Lo's for around 15 years since the 1st Goodie Mob Album came out. I'm really glad for his success. As a fan, I'm also glad people stopped calling him "Gnarls Barkley"!

Now, hopefully the next thing upcoming is a new Goodie Mom album, so people will discover the REAL Cee-Lo! Don't get me wrong, the Gnarls Barkley and the solo stuff is awesome, but that's just a part of him.

People need to find out what he's been doing musically 10 years prior to "Crazy"!

bored2 I guess the album could be enjoyable to some, but after seeing his cardboard cut out perform it while opening for Rihanna it's become entirely unappealing.
