New Edition have been talking about a movie since the 1990's.

Yeah I truly hope that New Edition film happens.

ONE film I CAN'T see coming out at all is one on the Supremes. One side is biased, another side is pretty much neutral, and another side ain't around because she's been dead 35 years. (I don't trust her sister but her cousin was real cool on Unsung).

I could see one on Diana solo though... she's had an interesting life, if only she can tell it all. Can't keep up the Motown facade forever.

Another one I can't see: Berry Gordy, or worse, Smokey Robinson.

Also, whose life contained extremely interesting aspects that contributed to (or an adjunct to) the music they created.

A johnny otis biopic would not be layden with a depressing drug scenario.

I'd like to see Johnny Depp play this man. JD, has musical talent. I think he could pull it off.
