Producer and N.E.R.D man Pharrell Williams has launched an alcoholic drink just for women.

The drink, called Qream, is being launched in conjunction with drinks giant Diageo. As well as developing the cream liqueur's flavour, the producer is said to be designing the bottle along with having a hand in marketing and advertising.

He said: "Qream was created for contemporary women who work hard and want to relax with friends at the end of the day. I want them to reward themselves deliciously. Women make up half the population and Qream is about celebrating that power. To work with Diageo in bringing something original like Qream and the notion of delicious living to market has been a thrill."

The drink is set to come in two flavours; Strawberry Qream andPeach Qream. Diageo's Director of Liqueurs Marketing, Anna MacDonald said: "Williams' ability to interpret and deliver memorable experiences has the potential to allow Qream to become synonymous with women celebrating life with style, class and quality."

The news comes after Elbow announced that they are currently brewing their own real ale.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Pharrell is a waste at this point.

These days,it's hard to make alot of money in music so I guess artists need to do other things to generate income lol Who know, this could become really successful.

Translation: This shit was created just for women that want to live out their music video, Sex and The City, and realty tv show fantasies. I want to get rich off of it. And since there are lot of women blinded by status in the world Qream should be a hit. To work with Diageo on this gimmick is as thrilling as all other gimmicks that we in the music business sell our names and faces to.

I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!
