Well maybe if they stop opening their mouths talking about "yeah I am putting something in the works"..and then say the same thing years later....

We are just used to our favorite artist putting out at least one album out a 1-2 year span...even Michael put one out at least 6 year spread...D'Angelo damn near going on 11 years now...it's tired and old and we just want it to happen instead of braggin.

Can I ask a perhaps dumb question? What does he live from? I mean, did he tour in all those years? Did he make enough off of 'Voodoo' and 'Brown Sugar'?

Don't you mean, if you get it? D'Angelo is either chasing his muse, chasing past glory or crafting what could be a brilliant comeback album. It's impossible to know which. It's up to diehards to hold their collective breath.
