Did prince play guitar on D'angelo's "how does it feel"

The intro especially sounds an awful like princes guitar playing... the sound, everything.

The guitar playing is by Raphael Saadiq!!

I'm with you though - the playing is reminiscent of Prince's.

I read somewhere that Raphael Saddiq played guitar on the Parade tour at some point. Given that Prince had The Revolution as his band on tour, is this a myth or half-truth?

it's whole truth, not half. It was bass for Sheila E.

D'angelo & that producer person channeled Prince in this song. It sounds like a mixture of International Lover/Do Me Baby/How Cum U don't Call Me Anymore/& Beautiful ones. I hear D has worked or wants 2 with P on his new CD......

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince
