I just heard a remix song from her which features Foxy Brown. The new jack swing drum beat was sampled from Mary J's song "Real Love".

But she really sounded alot like Mary, that girl could really sing but why the hell is she beat bitting Mary J's style of singing?? Matta o' fact she ain't alone on this. It seems like every young RnB singer nowadays are "clowns" of Mary.

I got 2 help Foxy Brown shop when she came in2 Victoria's Secret (my job).
She was cool & I didnt let on that I knew who she was. SHe tried me though!
She was laid back though & I liked what she was wearing especially her brick red boots!
BTW, yes, I have AMERIE'S album & I always thought 2 myself that she sounded like Mary J...but wait, I'd haveta say that she sounded BETTA than Mary cuz, Mary aint gettin it no mo w/ me .

Foxy Brown got a Album dropping soon with Anita Baker on it.Straight Up.Mary J.Bliege has Influenced Hip-Hop Soul For The Ladies just as R.Kelly is for the Fellas.

As 4 Mary J?? I love Alicia Keys but I just CAN'T STAND HER ASS when she tries 2 pull that Mary J "keepin it real" attitude. Hell, even her singing sounds alot like Mary J too. Her song "The Life" reminds me alot of "I'm The Only Woman" its like Clive is trying hard to make her the next Mary J and I see that Alicia grapped that chance with all of her teeths. I understand now why Mary J ain't fully fond of Miss Keys.
