Rumor Has It--Adele Okay, I know there has been a thread about Adele and how great she is. And I heard some songs...but I just heard this one on the radio today and it BLOWS ME AWAY! And I am hard to please. So, I have to post this one--Rumor Has It.

^^^ That's good to know--I'm going to see John Legend in August when he opens for Sade--hope he performs this song! It is killer! I have to get Adele's "21!" I also love Rolling In The Deep--I played that song so much on Youtube my son complained about it! Adele--an "old" musical soul in a young body! Eh. It's ok, but I'm not crazy about it. Loud instrumentation over her monotonous singing. I'm just not into that sort of British 'hipster soul' she does.
But I wish Adele continued success this year anyway, if only because it diverts attention away from Gaga and the rest of her silly dance/pop classmates. [Edited 7/2/11 23:46pm] | |
