Even though Ice Cube has lost some major hood points with me recently, I might tune in to bask in what used to be.

It was a pretty good show, talked about some stuff i didn't know about the man like his sister was murdered when he was younger sad

And it talked about some of the inspiration for his first 3 classic albums which i was happy about!

But i did hate the fact that they seemed to ignore his War & Peace discs they mention them for a sec then move on. They don't even mention Laugh Now, Cry Later.

I also didn't know Cube didn't go to Eazy funeral, but it was his public funeral and he said he didn't want to say goodbye to him that way.

Overall it was a pretty good BTM

That's something new for me. I thought he didn't go because they were still feuding up until E's death.

Nah, he actually said he saw Eazy 4 months before he passed on. And they where talking about getting the band back together

I think it was a very good and positive episode. I didn't even realize it's been over 20 years for him. And the man hasn't aged not ONE BIT since 1988. lol Just got rid of that awful jheri curl. I didn't know he was 42....he doesn't look a day over 28.

1. The only Jew the Ice Cube ever hated was Jerry Heller. But that has more to do with how Ice Cube & Dr. Dre were getting finanically screw by Jerry the manager of NWA than it ever was about Jerry being Jewish.

2. In the song Cave Bitch, Ice Cube was specifically dissing white women that were trying to be his groupies, not all while women in general (it was still a racist nonetheless: but still....).
