This was John's state of being after going through the nasty Beatles break-up and his primal scream therapy sessions. Just brilliant.

My favorite album ever. I don't hear it get mentioned a lot*, though - nice to hear somebody appreciates it. But I think you actually grabbed the nearly identical cover of Yoko's POB album.

* I know it's made many best of lists, but it doesn't get the kind of praise I feel it deserves.. That is, the praise that it's better than anything made with The Beatles.

Anyway, I was born in 1992, and I can't find a single album from that year that I love. I own The Bodyguard soundtrack, but I don't really like it. I guess my favorite is Prince's prince , which I really only like. Also, Erotica (Madonna) ain't too bad....... Now, had I been born in '91, I could name you at least ten albums I love from that year (Prince, MJ, Nirvana, RHCP, Guns N Roses, U2, Pearl Jam, etc.).

Because it isn't. wink

MJ - Off the Wall

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."
