Overall, this show was a frickin' mess. It was a bunch of third rate production and buffoonery only mixed in with genuine good moments with Jill Scott, Patti Labelle, Steve Harvey, and the In Memoriam tributes. I don't expect this show to be the Oscars, but for God sakes, have a little bit of professionalism.

See, THIS is why people shit on BET so much now! It makes no sense. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, MTV's awards shows are light years better than BET's as far as production value.
