James Blake definitely deserves to be on that list.
Haven't really heard any of the others, although I have PJ Harvey, Lady GaGa, tUnE-yArDs and Lykke Li in 2011's playlist. But haven't really given them a thorough listen.
What's not on that list that I have enjoyed is Mia Doi Todd's Cosmic Ocean Ship.
