I was recently jamming to Age Ain't Nothing But A Number Aaliyahs first album & 12 Play R. Kelly coincidently.

I always heard about the huge scandal where they got married she was under age and all that jazz.... but then what? i seem to not be able to find anything about a divorce, or what? i know R. Kelly only produced her first album.... so what happened between the years? i have never seen an interview or R Commenting about the illegal marriage or her death.

if there was a marriage it was annulled.

Aaliyah denied anything happened, so I let her RIP on that note...

Nothing happened. They both just never commented on it. The only thing Aaliyah would say about the whole thing was "People took it the wrong way".

I'm not a gossip whore, but i have been very curious about this... i like there collaborations and the whole thing was a big deal circa 94 it seems after that. It seems the 2 just where never seen together again professionally or otherwise again.... and R Has never commented on her death or anything as far as i recall.
