Did anybody catch the latest episode of South Park? In the episode Stan gets a new Tweenwave cd for his birthday and his mom takes it away from, because she thinks that the new music today sounds like shit. When the parents try to let the kids listen to The Police they complain that it sounds like shit to them as well.

I thought it was totally relevant to this board since so many here complain about how shitty music today is or how X artist was so much better back in the day:

I've never had a problem with modern technology. Strictly modern music and modern television programs (reality shows). I wasn't raised on stuff that was cheaply made and I don't lower my standards when I was raised on steak and settle for bologna sandwiches just because everyone else accepts them because they've never had better.
