Anybody who tries to tell me this wasn't the best album of the 90s is wasting their time.

I saw Hole at First Avenue last summer, faught my way to the top and Courtney gave me her water bottle. It was without a doubt my best concert experience ever. She sounded really good too. I like Hole's latest alot, but it's not a classic like live through this.

Doll Parts was totally my theme song my sophomore year of highschool, perfect for teenage angst.

Courtney is one of my favorites. She doesn't get nearly enough props. Both "Live Through This" and "Celebrity Skin" are classics. I even enjoyed "America's Sweetheart" too.

Never really paid much attention to Hole after Pretty On The Inside.

I may have to check out more.

I stand alone saying this, but I much prefer Celebrity Skin, the scorching sing-along choruses and polished production are hard to resist fo me. They both stand up to anything else that was out at the time though.

It's sad that there're music fans out there who only know of Courtney as Kurt's druggy, unhinged, trainwreck widow.

Well lets be honest, Courtney doesn't really do much most of the time to change peoples minds.

That may be true but least these albums show she's more than what they portray her as.

I don't feel like she has always been so awful to ruin her entire reputation compared to alot of male conterparts who just get a pass because thats what "Rock Stars" are supposed to act like. She is a huge example of show bizz sexism to me.

I love Hole pretty on the inside, Live Through This & Celebrity Skin are all great albums!

It's to bad though that because of Courtney image that i can't get people to take Hole seriously she has issues but hey what musician doesn't?

It's not about there personal life anyway's it's about the music cool

Lyrically, she's a beast. I've never really been a fan of their work but I remember reading some lyrics a Hole fan posted on a forum years ago and going "...Wow".

I agree, although that Letterman show...well, and releasing Kurt's journals was questionable, assuming the decision to do so lay with her.
