my friend used to have the one where she rhymes over a michael sample or re-worked lyric.

i believe she did a bunch of tracks with the brilliant dj premier.

Couldn't find it on YouTube. Damn you, Viacom! That shit was, is, and will always be priceless! I've seen way too many seasons of that show, but the first is definitely the best.

As for her music career, I loved the singles, especially "All Glocks Down." I still bump that one on the regular. headbang
