Inxs notch first ever number one Dance hit with "original sin"

27 years after Original Sin debuted and peaked at Number 17 on the Dance charts in 1984 and failed to make the top 40,Inxs have gotten that elusive Number one dance hit, strange for a band that was basically the pioneer of releasing mixes and dance eps back early in the 80's.The song is now reworked and part of the album Original Sin that was just issued in the USA, the album features some of the bands classic hits redone with different singers at the helm this version sees Rob Thomas at the front of the band. The album features varied singers and also their frontman JD Fortune on his version of The Stairs. The aussie version of the cd also has his amazing version of Love Is (what I say). inxs have just announced USA tour dates for the summer and a new cd in the works.

"We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F
