Well Adele and Robyn are my current faves in the business, but I'm not going to go and say they're better singers because I happen to like them more. I think Christina's voice is throaty and cloying and she does the same runs over and over and has no idea how to artfully inerpret a song. I've never been able to sit through an entire Christina album.

Even with Beyonce, the only album I almost liked all the way through was "B'day" tho I'll admit it hasn't aged well. And her last album was wildly uneven. She seems to suffer from "shitty material syndrome." But I stand by my comment about her voice. I love it. The tone is completely pure and "forward" and her control is fucking WICKED. She can switch from operatic to gospel on a moment's notice without so much as a shoulder shrug.

Beyonce is mediocre overall not specifically speaking on her vocals. She can sing but she does not impressed me because I have heard better but hey if you want to limit yourself to the radio or what the media shoves in your face 24/7 go right ahead. She can not act, she can not sing, she does not write or produce her records.. she is mass produced and only popular because of her marketing team and I think JUST because she has good vocals THAT SHOULD NOT BE EXCUSED. Well I don't listen to the radio at all to be honest. I find my music online. I came across this song and fell in love with it instantly. So it's not really a fair assumption you've made about me.

Regarding B'day, yea I like it. Some songs I LOVE, especially, "Suga Mama" and "Resentment." And the only song I vehemently hated was "Ring The Alarm." It's not really a contradiction. Most of her albums are at least half shitty to me. For me, B'day was mostly good. And nobody wants you to bow down to her, least of all me. I just don't get the Beyonce can't sing comments and that's my main point. People can like whatever they want in terms of art. I just don't think her vocal ability can really be attacked with any kind of merit. Just my opinion

i cannot agree with you on christina being able to blow, unless you mean a vocal chord. that girl growls and strains like its breathing air.... her vocal techniques are terrible and she needs more vocal training. I'll give it to beyonce, atleast her voice doesn't crack, or sound like she has a sock down her throat.

I personally do not think adele sings better then beyonce, but she has better music. To me adele gets more recognition for being a blue eyed soul singer, when there are plenty of black artist with the same talent.

Beyonce's voice is stunning in this video..you don't even hardly see her so you really can focus on her vocals/ emotion. It was truly moving.

I was reading a Rolling Stone article with Adele, and Adele was talking about how Beyonce had asked to meet with her. Beyonce wanted to tell Adele that she thought Adele's voice sounded like "God". Adele said she cried after that (joy, disbelief). I thought that was very humble of B. to do that. She didn't have to.
