2001 Not A Bad Music Year

So 2001 was when i started learning piano and getting into music playing rock, blues & R&B. And i was in 5th grade at the time. I remember a lot of good jams from then. i looked at the top song's of that year 2001 was imo one of the great last years of music.. i know everyone say's past 90's everything sucked.

You had the start of Alicia keys, the remake of Lady Marmalade

Mary J. Bliges biggest year, Trin drops of jupitor & there best album

U2 Beautiful day & The whole album was great!

No Doubts singles killed, Usher with U Got It Bad & U Remind me & U Don't Have To Call

Janet's All For You album & it's killer singles. Blu Cantrell! hit em up style , City High What Would You Do. Thank You by DiDo

Jaded by Aerosmith and there last great album!

Destiny's Child at there peak, Nelly Furtado and the only album & singles i liked from her lol, Lenny Kravitz killing it with Again, Eve & Gwen Stefani let me blow your mind.

Madonna Music & Don't Tell Me, Fuel in my hand's, Smash Mouth, Daft Punk..

I think this was an interesting year in music! a good variety and good singles.

Anyone else agree?

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener
