No we don't act like Cassie invented being a pretty face with no talent. People are just

acknowledging the fact that she has no musical talent period. Some of these other females

acknowledging the fact that she has no musical talent period. Some of these other females

at least have something going for them whether it be writing, dancing, or singing.

ahh so basically if PRINCE were behind Cassie, and she was his protege doing things like "Nasty Girl" or "sex shooter" we would have her on that same throne that people put the likes of Vanity and Apollonia on.

People still get excited when Nasty Girl or Sex Shooter comes on at a club or a bar. I can't even remember the name of Cassie's one "hit". Prince is a musician and can pull off a female singing over his work quite well. Puffy has to employ a team of producers to run some chick thru a computer and come out with some that's barely memorable.

Well the songs arent the issue or in question, yeah Nasty Girl and Sex Shooter are better than 90% of what is out there today, not the topic. The point is that anyone could have been thrown on those songs and taught the "prince way" like they were, thats more the point, comparing Puffy and Prince as artists and writers producers etc... is like comparing Justin Beiber to Paul McCartney.

Bria Valente had an album out? I almost forgot who she was. Yeah no one liked Bria to begin with. No one cares about Kim either. Cassie don't even belong in the same room as Amerie or even Ciara and Rihanna. Least all of them are well established. Cassie's more known for being Puffy's plaything for the last seven years. Least Vanity and Apollonia had some hits (or classics - come on "Nasty Girl" is still being played 30 years later even if the singer of the song hates it due to her strong religious beliefs ). We know they were basically one-hit wonders too. That ain't the point.
