Jim was great! I have a few cd's and I still enjoy hearing his music today.

On thing I think has kinda gotten lost over time about Jim.....

In addition to being a killer singer / songwriter, he really was an enthralling performer. His image has gotten kinda "sedate" with the passage of years, but maaaan....if you got to see him live, you always got your money's worth outta Jim. VERY charismatic dude.

In fact, he had just finished one such live performance the night he died in the plane crash.

Talent + great material + stage presence = awesomeness. That he was.
