One of Grace's best songs.She seems to be in a defiant mood on this song,letting her lover know that he ain't getting none tonight: "No Way,Baby!"
and to make sure that he's clear on that,she keeps repeating the hook: "You ain't gon' get it...I ain't gon' give it.....If I don't give it....how you gon' get it?"

musically,it picks up where "Pull Up To The Bumper" left off.....an incredibly funky groove!! Forget Gaga and Beyonce,I'd rather hear Grace Jones.Great song, indeed! Brings back tons of fun memories from back in the day, when Grace & Prince were often mentioned in the same conversation.  | |
