that's the real shame here. i'm surprised by the posters who excuse jermaine's lack of responsibility. the point is they never should have been living off of kat, and by extension mj. these children were/are jermaine's responsibillity, and even though kat agreed to allow them to live with her to keep a roof over their heads, it doesn't mean that jermaine should not have paid his mother, or mj, something for taking care of them. the estate got tired of that shit, since they don't have the emotional bonds to kat that mj did, this is strictly business for them, and they don't have any legal obligations to anyone except kat and mj's kids. they told alejandra she either had to start paying her way or get out. so jermaine coughed up the money, which he probably had all along and just refused to pay. he'll have to continue to pay $1k a month, i believe, to keep current. so yeah, mama kat might be coming to the rescue.

I've noticed that. It's disturbing. If I was in that situation, my mother would rather walk on hot coals in hell than pay for child support, she'd tell me "your black ass should PAY FOR IT!"
