^^Hmm... well, when Prince decided to punk us all by not showing up in Dublin a couple of years ago, we all went to see Purple Reign instead and had a great time! They even played songs Prince hasn't played in years... so if you're near by I'd recommend you to check them out!

These guys put on a good show, they know how to hype the crowd and had a Morris and Jerome as part of their set....the only thing I didn't like was that they were at Hooters casino and the showroom was pretty tacky....

you're talking about the british guys right?.. they're VERY good aren't they? i've had some great nights out at their gigs!

i love that they're cool band without being flash & don't try too hard to impersonate

as 4 the vegas act, they were recommended to me by a hardcore prince fan. i didn't go in the end, so i can't elaborate.. lol that was couple years ago so i wouldn't know if it's the same lineup.

it's gotta be good 4 a laugh tho?

Yes, I am and yes, they are! I assume they are the same than the one in Vegas, if not, then I can't recommend Vegas! wink I just know in Dublin the house was full with Prince fans, disappointed that Prince didn't show up in Dublin and everyone was enjoying their gig, singing along and having a good time. So if Prince fans can appreciate them, I guess they have to be good.

Of course, seeing the real deal is always better... no need to point that out really!

A cover band is a freebie to get you to come in and buy drinks. I certainly wouldn't travel to Vega$ to see a Prince cover band. Now if you're kickin' around looking for something to do and there's no cover and they got drink specials....yeah Do It!

If you're in Vegas already, sure! I've heard good things about the group. But if I were to travel for a concert, Prince would be at the top of the list, and if Prince weren't playing, I'd find another original act I was otherwise anxious to see.
