How do you know this is the final one? What's the source? I'm disappointed that "Die Another Day" is on there. I hope the rest of the album doesn't sound like that. Do you know the name of the Japanese bonus track yet?

I think it's an understatement to say that TRON is really excited about this new CD smile

I got this tracklist from a very "reliable" source, someone who works for Warner Bros.I like "Die Another Day" so I have no problem with it being on the album.I don't know the name of the bonus track yet,but it could be be one of the other songs that we've heard about ("Unless It's You"..."Ziggy Stardust"...etc).

This tracklist is very similiar to the other ones that have been floating around in recent weeks. But now we know the titles of those other previously unknown songs...."Intervention" and "Mother and Father".

I actually really loved Die Another Day and I'm pleased that is listed.

Where did you get this DavidEye? I trecked around a couple of sites this week and couldn't find a great deal of info on anything apart from the forthcoming single.

Can't wait for this to be released! I actually (shhh don't tell anyone in the Music and More forum) am more excited about this than ONAL...

Yes, I am quite excited. There are a ton of great new releases coming up this year and this is the first big one. As for DAD, she's never stuck her tide-me-over songs on albums before, why should she do it now. It seems like a cheap marketing ploy. I want as much new music as I can get dammit!

This tracklist has been floating around for several weeks now,on various fansites. At first it appeared at PopBitch.com,and many fans thought it was fake. But Madonnarama (the most reliable fansite on the web) has confirmed that it is indeed true.I guess we'll know soon enough, huh? wink

Yes, but 11-track albums have a tendency to rock!

I can't WAIT. Bring it Madonna!

And DAD does NOT rock. I thought we were told that this wasn't a very electronica album.

I want loud guitars!!!

Well, she did put "Live to Tell" on True Blue, which as much as I love it, was basically the same sort of "tide me over song". She also put "American Pie" on the European edition of Music.

I'm really excited for the album too, but I agree with not wanting it to sound anything like DAD. I'm not too impressed with the Mirwais sound; Music was the first Madonna album ever that I was disappointed in. I think the thing that got me the most was the bizarre lyrics. Coming off an album like ROL, I was hoping for something with more personal lyrics, etc... Hopefully, this album will be lyrically better.

i agree, DAD is overproduced lab-music. The Ziggy rumours r totally untrue, denied by M's press rep. She played it 4 a Drowned World Tour sound-check. Very early industry buzz on the record was, that some of it sounded like 'Sieg Sieg Sputnik'.

Did i read correctly? Madonna and Ziggy Stardust? THE Ziggy Stardust? Bowie's Ziggy Stardust? God, please, somebody stop her before it's too late. She is single handedly trying to destroy music...I'm beginning to think my friend is right...Madonna IS the anti-christ!
And if this IS true...Bowie is a big, nasty, greedy nobb for allowing the travesty to occur!

I liked the full verison of DAD, not the radio mix. It has a subtle difference but is better. It has the laugh thing (which was used in like 100 80s pop songs) and is much more tight. I hope that's the verison on the CD.

Here are a few other exclusive details...

***The song "Hollywood" will be the second single.Warner Bros. are really, really impressed with this song, and actually felt it should be the FIRST single. But Madonna wanted "American Life" to be the first single and she got her wish.

***The song "Nothing Fails" was written by Madonna,Jem Jones, and Guy Sigworth.Produced by Madonna and Mirwais.

***The song "Easy Ride" was written by Madonna & Monti Pittman.Produced by Madonna and Mirwais.

***It is *rumored* that a song recorded with Air (a French duo) will be the bonus track.

***Some fansites/sources are insisting that the track "I'm So Sorry" is actually titled "I'm So Stupid"!! smile

Madonna loves rock music! Didn't you see the "Drowned World" tour? The first segment featured alot of rock and loud guitars, which you will also hear on the new CD.
