Made by Maceo (Hope it's no double post but the search didn't work...)
Maceo's new album will be released in Japan 21st February and in Europe on 24th February . Simply titled "Made by Maceo" it is be a collection of old and new material performed with Maceo's current touring band and with a special guest spot from fellow saxophonist Candy Dulfer. Pre-release reviewers are citing this as the best album since "Life on Planet Groove"... for Maceo afficiandos you know what that means! T'was posted here (http://www.prince.org/msg...msg_442179) on the 20th but with less detail, and you were'nt to know. Do I take it from this that there is no Prince involvement in any capacity? . On a semi-related note... I knew Maceo's brother, Professor Parker. Kellis Parker taught Law at my University. Unfortunately, he passed away suddenly a few years ago. | |

Tour Dates Maceo will be touring Europe between the end of February and the end of April. Maceo is also performing in the Carolinas at the end of January.
