This song is like I'm transporting back to 1986.
Then having Clarence Clemons on it makes it even more '80s.
It's like Bon Jovi meets Cher meets Bruce Springsteen lol

finally a good song! I've been listening 2 a collection with more than 500 '80's song I've been workin on 4 months and it just fits in my mood right now. Not brilliant, but very good!

I tried 2 listen 2 this...............I just don't get the attraction 2 gaga. I know she records her songs using Solfeggio Frequencies
That must be the attraction.

Overproduced and cheesy. She's so bereft of originality that it's become easy to dismiss her bags of sonic tricks. I won't be going near the album, unless of course I can get it for free.

This should've been the first single.

I kind of like this but so far Government hooker is the only one that really got me excited.

The more I heard it, the more I'm reminded of those cheesy themes for the TGIF ABC series like "Family Matters" and "Step by Step". This also wouldn't have been out of place on either the "Footloose" or "Flashdance" soundtracks.

Ohh look who discovered Pat Benatar. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

The beginning is really intriguing and the whole thing starts off nicely, but then it just gets repetative. It reminds me of some song, but can't say which...
Gotta love this track just for the sax solo! How unexpected. Been a decade or two since I've heard that in a pop song

The minute you said that... I remember going "WE ARE INVINCIBLE...YEEEEEEEE-AAAAAAAAAH!"
Someone said the intro sounded like "Moments in Love" with the synths going "ah ah AH AH" lol

One of Katy Perry's songs on TD has a sax solo.

They sure did love that saxophone. Honey, stop talking and just create the music.

I don't care for it too much even though I like Gaga. I like her but all three of the songs I've heard from the new album don't excite me. Comparing this to Pat Benatar is an insult to Pat. She's a real rock and roller. This is more of a faux rock ballad like Kelly Clarkson or Katy Perry.

Really, which one? Well, the 80's are obviously still hot. Gaga's new album seems to be very 80's overall.

I totally agree, trust me. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

I know I will always be fond of her for the old songs but this new album might not be a fave of mines I might change my mind though.

I agree | |

Maybe the ballads will sound like Stevie Nicks. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

The only ballad I know of is "You (with the two dots on u) and I" and that sounded like a weak attempt of an Elton John ballad...I did like her performance of it on that concert special but...yeah lol

And comparing any upcoming Gaga ballad with Stevie Nicks is as much an insult as comparing her to Pat.

Thanks, I noticed that. Quite similar.

Yeah, I have to say that out of all of the songs she's released from this album so far, my favorites are surprisingly "Judas" and "You and I". "Born This Way" would be one, too, if she'd released the "country" version instead. Honey, stop talking and just create the music.

OK, who else was humming "do you believe in life after love?" sans autotune.

it's a fun pop song just in time for summer. cant be mad at that. kinda reminds of Song For The Lonely by Cher.
