Great tune, great band. Love everything that Maunick and Co. release. So refreshing in this day and age.

love Incognito, especially with Maysa! i must admit though this track was kind of underwhelming for me. don't want to hold them captive to the past but for me their best work was on Tribes, Vibes & Scribes and Positivity. Favorite overall tracks by them are Change, and I Love What You Do For Me

Same here... I think I enjoy all of Incognito's 90's work, but TV&S and Positivity in particular. Also, special mention goes to Beneath The Surface--love most of that.

I agree. Their 90's stuff is superior, but their recent output from 2003-2008 is irresistible also (just not on the same level!) 2008's Tales From The Beach was one of the best albums I heard in a long time and it was one of their most compelling albums as a band as well. Has anyone heard Cog's newest release, Transatlantic RPM?

I haven't heard it yet. Saw mixed reviews from fans on the Incognito.uk forum when it was released... generally, I have to listen for myself and make up my own mind. They have some nice guest singers.

Transatlantic RPM is another solid Cog release (I really don't think Maunick has released any bad albums, although I'm not that fond of the first LP from '81). Nice to have a few guest vocalists on RPM (although, like several who've posted here... there is no one quite like Maysa). The cover of Lowdown is great (Chaka and Italian Mario Biondi).

I was a little disappointed with Life Stranger Than Fiction (2001) and Who Needs Love (2002), because Maysa was so integral to their sound up to that point. But oddly enough, one of my favorites is 100 Degrees and Rising (1995) with no Maysa. Peak Incognito for me was/is 1992-1999 and 2004-present. As much as I love 90s greats TV&S, Positivity and 100 and Rising, I would highly recommend Adventures In Black Sunshine (2004, one of their best) and Tales From The Beach (2008). Definitely one of my favorite bands (great music played by great musicians).

My goodness, that video brings back memories. It is a great jam that should have received a lot of airplay here in the states. I have TransAtlantic but have not given it much consideration. In fact, I have listened to it once because it did not scream at me like the other albums. Being a big Incognito fan, I have a great love for all that Bluey and crew do but RPM, I think could have been done a bit better. I saw Incognito in Mexico last year upon release of the album and they really rocked the tortillas.

One mentioned a dislike of Jazz Funk and Life Stranger Than Fiction. I find them to be superb albums especially Life Stranger Than Fiction because of its profound messages. Cut it loose is a close call to Sign o The Times by Prince - both of which have strong lyrics that people should take a listen to. Jazz Funk is exactly that and introduced the world to some good tunes.

Maysa is my girl hands down! I am looking forward to seeing her this summer as I missed her a few weeks ago while Prince had me tied up. As much as I enjoy Incognito, I think Maysa should always sing on every album. They can do their own albums and be successful but together, they are one of the best musical combinations ever.

Since Tony Momrelle is no longer with Incognito because he is back with Sade, I wonder who the "new" singer will be for the next few albums. I would not mind hearing Kelli Sae blow out a song or two.
