That's a great song.I remember it was the B-side of the "I Do Love You" single,but I think it could have been a single in its own right.
I was thinking that it was a single. I know it used to get airplay in my area. I thought it was the
followup single to Disco Nights. I have the Disco Nights 45 and I Do Love You. I have to check
them both but one of them has their version of Boogie Oogie Oogie on it as the b side.
maybe it was a single.Back in those days,alot of B-sides eventually became singles due to alot of radio airplay (two examples: "For Those Who Like To Groove" by Raydio and "When You Touch Me" by Skyy).
Has anyone ever purchased any CDs from Funkytowngrooves? How are their CDs? Do they do a good job with remastering,liner notes,etc?
FTG do a fine job as far as remastering is concerned. Their booklets/liner notes were a bit hit and miss but the most recent cd's I got from them were very good.
As far as GQ is concerned, I have a Best Of that will suit me for now. My fave track from them is "Shake"!
