MJ's feelings against "Sue"

I heard MJ mention "Sue" or "Susie" in three tracks, "Heartbreak Hotel", "Little Susie", & " Blood On The Dance Floor"[I'm sure if there are other songs that he's mentioned this name, someone will point this out also] in a negative light. So, is this the name of some real women that played MJ before? Rabid fan [stalker] or something? What do you think? I've always wondered this......
