Songs about divorce

On another thread, I saw that someone here was going through a divorce. The person was taking it pretty hard. I then thought I would start a thread of songs that are about divorce. The first one I thought of was this.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

First one that came to my mind. Still an incredible song
even after all these years.

In fact, listening to this, it just becomes ever clearer
just how horrible her output the last 6 years has been.

She has to go back to writing actual song. neutral

When I want to hear songs about relationships ending, I just play Lenny Kravitz's Mama Said album from start to finish.

I didn't realize "Winner Takes It All" was about divorce. Sort of makes it cooler. lol

Strangely enough, I was going to start a similar thread soon.
