I recently got turned onto this folk singer....he has a heart, and a good sense of humor....does anyone else know his music?

A little bit. My father is a huge fan and that's mostly how I know his music. His first album is pretty killer. I believe he was one of the first to be tagged as "the next Bob Dylan."

He's the best, really one of my favorite folkies. First four album are classic - and definitely check out the duets album, In Spite of Ourselves. There's a pretty good tribute album out there too .
