Ok he's "borrowed" quite a few lines , but he's got quite a few albums, that have quite a few songs, which all have quite a few lines on them.

In the grand scheme of things what percentage of his lines are "borrowed" in comparison to what we believe he actually wrote?

Ask Tearria Mari about Jay's business practices, another great diss was the Beanie Sigel one where he shreds Jay Z talkin about how Jay Z talks about the "neighborhood" but how when he goes back he rides through in his limo with his head turned the other way like he dont know anyone.

Interesting. Jay-Z is not a saint like the members of Dipset, DMX or Beanie Sigel. And unlike the Kennedys and some other "old money" families in the U.S.A. he may have started his empire with "dirty" money.

I did not know these things about him. Now I need to decide if I want to continue to listen to his music........

They battled each other for 30 dollars, and Bizzy rapped some of Krayzie's lyrics. Jay said he never heard anything like that and told Bizzy to just take the money.

This was around the time Jay starting trying his hand at the fast rapping scene. I think he got the idea after he heard what Bizzy rapped to him that day they battled because obviously he liked it. But I think he dropped the style when he didn't really gain much from it.

Its Uptown saturday night that im talking about, go listen to reasonable doubt tracks like dead Presidant, Politics as usual and you'll notice that lyrical play between the lines especially on the Ski tracks, ppl who say that camp lo's album was released after jay's so he couldnt have jocked it are wrong cause camp lo were formed in 1995 and made their first appearance in May 3rd 1996 on The Great White Hype soundtrack, with their single "Coolie High", Reasonable doubt was released late june early july, during those past 4 months producer Ski Beatz was working on both albums and Jay had heard some of the Camp Lo tracks that ski had worked on he even took "Feelin it" for himself, thats how he used that same flow on his own Ski tracks on Reasonable Doubt, again Im talking about the Ski tracks not the whole album, i know ppl are gonna also say that Ski teamed up with Jay in 93 but that was a whole different sound then and its not about who met who or worked with who first.
