Um. You're buggin. Mojo is not coming back on the internet. McMorris is posting Old Recordings on youtube. That's cool and everything, but that's a far cry from "Mojo returning". You posted TWICE to make sure you are "understood" ... but it's You who doesn't understand! Old Tapes, folks. Not new Mojo. We've been airing these same tapes, and more on http://widegrooves.com for years.

Based on the music being played, I think it's pretty clear that they are from old shows.

I went to your website and I don't see Mojo mentioned anywhere. So I don't know what you play nor have played. However, I do remember your postings on Emancipation Radio, from a few years or so ago and they were not what I've been hearing lately...just saying.

Now, as far as "Mojo returning"...I'm STILL very hopeful and I don't know about you but I'm supportive of anybody that can assist in making that happen. It may take something as simple as letting Mojo know that he STILL has an audience that will support him.

Since your issue seems to be "new" Mojo, relatively speaking...here you go:

Sigh... Indeed, like you said, Emancipation Radio was a few years ago. What's that got to do with what we've been doing at Wide Grooves? Your memory is faulty - And our schedule clearly says "MFA Meeting: Classic Mojo".

Mojo is not going to return to the airwaves, no matter how much you wish he would. He is Program Director at Two different radio stations, and has stated repeatedly that he has no place in today's Radio market.

And Sweetheart, that 92.3 Clip has been floating around the internet for YEARS, it was not just last year at all. YEARS AGO. If you're going to try to make a point, do your homework first.

You sound jealous and bitter to me. I don't understand why, though. If you have love for Mojo, like you try to pretend to, than all that should matter is that his voice is still being shared. Instead you're the one talking all the nonsense and hurling insults.

Oh and as far as my memory being faulty, I don't think so. I seem to recall a few years ago, very vividly and I recall you getting all salty and bent out of shape when you were trying to pass off recordings of The Wizard, as recordings of Mojo and you kept getting called on it.

I was grooving to the few youtube clips from his show earlier this week in my Iphone Good to know there are longer clips.

I remember reading in some blog about a short documentary in the works, and Mojo is the subject It has been months ago, I hope whoever the filmmaker is posts it in vimeo as soon as possible

Online are interviews with Jeff "The Wizard" Mills, and he talks about that..... and many other Detroit DJs of that time are also quoted in interviews about that.

I don't have to check my history. I lived it, mostly every night listening to the One and Only Electrifying Mojo.

I didn't threaten to beat that girl's ass because just she didn't care about my Mojo book...there was a bit more to it than that.

Anyhoo, thanks for link. I'll happily take hours and hours of Mojo any way I can get 'em and most certainly appreciate 'em, too!

Speaking of accuracy of the word Hater, why is it that all the people who have so much love for Mojo can't get together...put all this stuff that's obviously available and make a nice website dedicated to Mojo, where others who also love him can get together and share their love, memories, stories and whatnot?

I've said it before, I'll say it again and I'll keep saying it...I think that would go long way showing Mojo that he had an enormous impact on the music scene that even he may not realize and at the same time freeing him from the confines, limitations and restrictions of broadcast radio. Just a thought.

McMorris is working on a site, and it's looking good. But there's nothing that's going to magically make Mojo re-appear on the airwaves again. It's not up to him. Radio is corporate now, and he's moved onto other jobs in the industry.

And if you lived through it, then you weren't paying much attention.

There's a whole freaking internet out here that would gladly welcome him with open arms. That is entirely up to him and exactly what I want him to see and I'm very glad that McMorris is working on a site, that may somehow assist in doing just that. Thanks for the head's up.
