Radiohead to Perform The King Of Limbs Live [img:$uid]http://i51.tinypic.com/1zr1dew.jpg[/img:$uid]

Radiohead are set to perform their new album The King Of Limbs in its entirety for a special BBC broadcast.
The band's set will be shown in a program titled Radiohead – The King of Limbs: Live From The Basement, which will be part of the BBC's From The Basement series. It will be filmed in high definition and broadcast on July 1. The program is to be produced by Nigel Godrich, who was also at the controls for the recording of album itself.

Nice! I really dig King of Limbs and look forward to seeing this live broadcast. Also with Nigel producing means it will sound top notch. Loved the In Rainbows live sessions. I don't have BBC channel so I will have to wait for it to "make the rounds" and then watch it. I wonder if they will include The Butcher and Supercollider? Btw, I know times have really changed around here on the org when any Radiohead news only gets a few replies Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way. | |

Yeah, i'm very excited about this. The "inrainbows" live performance was amazing. Can't wait to hear how they will perform "bloom" and "feral" live. It was mentioned that the webcast will be 55 mins, the entire TKOL album plus some behind the scenes footage, whatever that might be. since the album is only like 38 minutes and behind the scenes stuff is usually kinda slim, I guess there is hope that they will perform either "supercollider" or "the butcher", or even both. Difficult to imagine where and when to. It could only be after they are done performing TKOL. But whatever they do, we can be sure it will be fantastic  and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

I will get the cd. I'm tech backwards
have to admit something, I gave my ex all his cd's back, however kept the radioheads to myself 99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%. | |
