I'd say the video is up there with Waiting for Tonight and Ain't It Funny. It's so beautifully shot, and very stylish. love it.

She looks wonderful. The video is very remincent of "Love Will Never Do (Without You)."

Ok u guys FAIL! The song is redundant of any other r&b girl track. Im pretty sure that I will not be singing "Im falling for you / I need a parachute" anytime soon...lawd

On The Floor was aiight, but this song is worse.

reminds me of "Love Don't Cost A Thing"... i think the parts where she's in the water in next to nothing.

Ok so "On the Floor" got an F from me...this gets a D+....just for the song.

The video is beautifully shot and she looks stunning. Video gets an A. She has not aged at all. Looks exactly the same as she did when she first came out.

But she hasn't really released any songs that I have really enjoyed in years so it is what it is.

She looks fantastic in the video. Overall, she doesn't look her age at all. She looks at least 10 years younger.
