^^I don't know anything about that, but Huey sued Ray and won. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. Not exactly. Both parties settled out of court. A couple of years later however, Ray would filed a lawsuit of his own against Huey after Huey himself made a fatal mistake on an episode of VH-1 Behind The Music, discussing the results of the out-of-court settlement.
