Ooh good lord this song is funky. The snare and kickdrums on this kick ass. He has some echo effect on them that make them pulsate vigorously with perfect rhythm. He used the same effect on Summertime Love too I believe..maybe even more reverb and echo than Everybody Dance.

I was MAD when I finally found Everybody Dance 12" and it WAS NOT extended...oooh chile. disbelief This song should have been able to go on for 9:15 like a Jimmy & Terry Tabu 12".

Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

dancing jig music sexy love

The arrangement is very well done...the single version they tried to 'popify' the song, but the original retains that funk.

To be honest, that song is the ONLY thing I remember from their debut. I gotta listen to it again.
