How'd I miss this? Kanye's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" Maybe because it was released on my birthday, and maybe because I've been distracted ever since...but I just "discovered" this album thanks to a friend.
HOLY SH*T!!! How'd I miss this??? This is such a great album!!!
I assume that there must've been some threads about it here on the Org that I obviously missed.
What's the general concensus here on the Org on this album?
What about the "Runaway" promo video? How cool was that?!

I like this album a lot. When I first listened to the songs I didn't really like it I kinda had to force myself to listen to it again...and now I can't get it out of my head!! >_< But I still prefer Graduation and Late Registration This album was called the Best Album Of The Year 2010 by Rolling Stone...Hope Grammys won't ignore him in 2012!! | |

I'm wondering how you missed it too. This album had a lot of buzz. And it only came out at the end of 2010 so it's still not very old. As for the album, it's kinda overrated. I like Dark Fantasy but not much else. The Runaway film was EXTREMELY idotic and far from the deep, artistic masterpiece that Kanye obviously thought it was. | |

It was released ON my birthday, and soon thereafter my world sorta imploded so I haven't really been current with what's going on out there.
I can't stop listening to this album! Compared to the other crap on the radio, this IS a masterpiece!

A very good album. Could have had less special guests but the overall album was great.

The non single track I like the most has to be Blame Game though....I really like how he goes onto the different character in each channel with different vocal sound effects....not that it's the first time anyone ever done something like that, but it was very suprising coming from him, and a rapper at all.

that part was just classic. My favorite track has to be All Of The Lights though..mysterious and epic...wasnt suprised they made it a single...it has the most value out of all the tracks.
