After taking a hiatus in 2007 from recording albums, Lil Mo is working on a new effort. During her break from releasing music, Lil Mo hosted The Lil' Mo Show on D.C. Hip Hop and R&B station WPGC FM.

Throughout her career Lil Mo has become known for her feature collaboration with hip hop stars like Fabolous, LL Cool and Ja Rule. Some of her most commercially successful songs have special appearances from Fabolous, including her hit "Superwoman (Part II)" from her first album Based On A True Story, and "4Ever" off her second album Meet the Girl Next Door.

The new album will be released on Bronx Bridge Entertainment, which is also home to Bobby Brown.

Company executive, Ev Santiago, described Lil Mo's new project stating, "I think people will be enjoy the messages and the tremendous amount of good music she has developed in the last five months. This album will be a classic."

The album is slated for release this summer.

I remember first hearing this Chick on Jay-z's "Parkin lot pimpin" in 2000, Can't let you go is her most decent Fab Collabration, I haven't heard any of her albums btw.
