i always thought Chino should have gotten more props than he did. the industry is weird like that at times. Ras Kass is another example. i actually think that Pac is overrated. i think he was the arguably the most passionate, emotional and transparent MC the game ever saw and people FELT him. he made some great songs but I was agitated by his double-mindedness though. lyrically, as far as complexity and clever wordplay, LOTS of MCs surpassed him. so to answer the question, Chino wasn't doper than Pac, he was stronger in certain aspects as an MC, but not doper overall than Pac.

Rumor has it that AFTER Eminem blew up, He tried 2 sign Chino 2 Shady, which Chino politely declined..................

Chino had great flow and Rhyme skills but he'll never be anywhere near Pac's level, > 50% of rappers in general will never on Pac's level to be honest, You belived Pac when he spit, i dont believe half of these niggas out today even if they do make good music, the closest one to pac at the moment is Freddie Gibbs, and no Chino is not better than Em but he was underrated yes, i still bump that J.Dilla joint.
