Alright now. I'm sitting here drinking some gin to make me wanna sin and with the computer on shuffle in my slow jam genre program that I entered and here comes "I Don't Want To Be The Last To Know" by Shalamar.

Hell yeah, that was a hot ass slow jam back in 1982, give it up dammitt!

Nice song music I think 'Friends' is their best, most consistent album. There's another great slow jam on that album,"Help Me".

"Bring It All To Me" by Blaque kinda ruined this song for me...and it was unfortunate because I liked Bring It All To Me more than this song when I finally picked up Shalamarr's album and heard it. It's still a good song, but I like the Baby Baby Baby like vocals and theme. Too bad on the album the song is so scrunched on the end of side one that the quality is actually better heard on cd. I hate when the slow song on the end of side one or side 2 is really dark..meaning the quality is not that great.

Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.
