OH yeah this was my jam...I was out in California working at the Warehouse music store. I use to be the impromtu dj in the store since I was from NJ. Anything that remotely had a bassline I used to blast throughout the store....I was craving anything that remotely sounded a bit house like. Boy what a freaking culture shock that was when I lived there for a lil under a year...ugh the music absolutely suuuuucked compared to NY/NJ. I was definately spoiled by Kiss fm and Zanzibar's Tony Humphries. OMG!

I have this album on cassette only!!! LOL Boy oh boy did you bring back some memories...K-Wyze Stomp was also big the same time this came out and also Bobby Brown dance cd Dance Ya know it.... I couldn't keep that instock big request for Don't Be Cruel! Also Christopher Williams, Michele, Janet's Rhythm Nation...WHAAAT!!!????

I LOVE THE 80's!

It's too bad that Seduction only lasted one album. These ladies were just as much dance classics as Expose & The Cover Girls.

It's like Madonna, Lisa Lisa, and Rebbie Jackson made a girl supergroup.

Where's the Madonna stans to point out, frame by frame, how this blonde is essentially a direct clone?

I just realized that that is Michelle Visage. sick

I heard there was a LOT of bitterness and infighting. People wanted them to reconcile and they were like hell no.

Yeah they were pretty much doomed from the get go however, it was Michelle's show, but as we all know girl groups dont really last that long but this one was kind of over going in, had a change in lineup early on, Idalis DeLeon was brought in after the record came out, but none of the ladies got along at all. This is one group you most likely will never see reform in its lineup. There was a single that came out a while back under the SEDUCTION name but was all Michelle just using the name. Which i guess is ok since the Cover Girls tour without any original members, though lead singer Evelyn Escalara has been there since Angel left, Evelyn was brought in for "Funk Boutique".

The album actually had a wide life span, with the intro being "Seductions Theme" in 1988, "Two" was released in 1989 and peaked in early 1990 but before that was "Youre my one and only true love" and then it carried further with singles "could this be love" and "breakdown"

I know Michelle's side of the story about Seduction all too well. It's to my understanding that all 3 women were never friends to begin with. They were all thrown together by C+C as a side project, which in itself was the prequel/preview of C+C Music Factory.

The album was released in 1989,but the song "Two To Make It Right" spilled over into 1990.It peaked on the charts in January 1990.

yeah they never really went out and seemed like a group, it was nothing more than a project, even for Idalis, she wasnt even a singer, she was a model/actress

Most groups who are usually "put together" don't get along. They hate each other worse than those who were friends for years while they were in a group and then left because of bitterness (Temptations, Supremes, Vandellas, etc.).

Wow, Blast From The Past! It's probably been 20 years since I've heard this. I had forgotten all about it, until the second I played this clip... then it all came back! This song got plenty of airplay.

That was good too. Sad that this was the first version I ever heard when I was little. Two To Make It Right fit RIGHT IN with the times in 1990. As a kid back then that song was my world!

Album plays and love for vinyl records.

I find that girl groups that are 'manufactured' dont last for long because there's no chemistry. EnVogue was an exception. Girls who known each other at least to form a group to me last a little longer.

Put together groups is just a springboard for the lead singer to sign a solo record deal.
