What were they thinking? Probably, "we had a miscarriage. Thought we'd never get pregnant. Got pregnant and am overjoyed." If you've ever struggled to get pregnant you'd know what they were thinking. I wish they'd get off the day to day pregnancy updates. However, I get why they're so happy. Your mind goes some dark places after a miscarriage. And, little Miss Vain is suprising me. This is brave considering all the rips on her gaining weight. I'm suprised she's not out somewhere smothering that bump in a minidress and spanx. Way to go Mariah!

I miss the Mariah who used to sing and co-write this stuff. Not that whispery Casper the friendly ghosts' sister Mariah. (She looks like Casper's sister Wendy with all the taking pictures from the rght side.)

I don't have a problem with the image at all per se. I just think it should have been kept in the personal photo album rather than the cover shot for a D-list tabloid rag. Besides Michael Buble, look at the trash she's sharing the cover with.

That second statement was just wrong. It's one thing if you don't like Mariah's music, but that was a low blow.

Having said that, being pregnant and naked on the cover of a magazine has been a cliche ever since people tried to copy Demi Moore. But who are we to complain about a couple showing their happiness to the world.

Being on the cover of OK! isn't really the proudest moment in your career and the photo looks quite homemade.

Other than that I always find it interesting how people react towards pictures of naked pregnant women. There's always an outrage. I wonder if it's because of the weight gain and people don't enjoy seeing fat people naked?

Or if it's because we live in a society where something as beautiful and ethereal as "mother" can't go hand in hand with something as shameful and vulgar as "sex"? Even though you can't have one without the other. Quite funny.

I think this is a beautiful photo. I'd love to make a living out of taking pregnancy shots. In any case, my father told me about the struggles he and my mother went through when they lost their first 8 yrs. before I was born. While my mom was dressed in white for her maternity shot, the glow and smile on her face reminds me of Mariah's--it's a VERY happy moment. YES! GO MARIAH!

There's nothing gross about this picture. Have we forgotten Britney and Demi? This is hardly new. And what's her face...that housewife Bethenney somebody...she did one sprawled on the bed in her panties. It's just recording a moment.

At least she didn't pull a Phaedra with all kinds of pickles and crap in her mouth.
