i'll just say it- there are people who've made A LOT less money than jermaine, and CONTINUE to live on a lot less, and can STILL make child payments. so his not being michael is no excuse. and alejandra living rent-free is no excuse either. that is an issue SHE needs to deal with. the fact that he has chosen to not take financial responsibility as a father has nothing to do with michael. these people continue to use his name.

it is not michael's fault that jermaine's work ethic is low. it is not michael's fault that jermaine is trying to live of of his brother's name as much as he can. i can't say i like everything janet does, buit at least she's out there doing things, on her own terms. she's the only one who seemed to figure it out, and actually LEARN something from michael. tito always seems to be doing his thang too. you can't really say that about a lot of the other family members, unfortuantely. it's sad.

Oh, I do agree with you. They both sound like a couple of losers who should've never had children. That may sound harsh, but when you have kids, you should know that you have to support them for many years to come and you can't rely on others to do that for you.

The judge should order the funds be put into a trust account and monitored to insure all monies go to the kids. Cause even at this point, Momma Jackson is footing the bill to put that lady and the kids into a condo. So MJ is still going to be paying for them.

Randy's children are grown now I think. But for some reason they're still living there. And Michael's estate wants them OUT (Alejandra, Jermajesty, Jaffar, Randy, Jr., Donte and Genieve).
