I'd be the first in line. I thought Growing Painswas incredibly subpar and I didn't even bother with Stronger With Each Tear. She's nearly lost her unique soulfulness.
Nearly? Except for "I Can See in Color", the soul on that album sounded plastic. A "friend" gave me an Amazon gift card to download it. I did and every time I listened to it, I liked it less and less. Didn't even bother to BURN it to a disc. That's how bad it was. |

I'm lucky I got a free download from Amazon for Stronger With Each Tear. From the first to fifth track, I had to stop listening to it. Only kept "I Can See In Color" and deleted the rest from my iTunes library. Check me out and add me on:

I wished I had done that. |

I really wasn't a fan of that Mary album. I found it dull and tedious. It was a little *too* urban AC; it was her attempt at an Aretha-esque album, and it did very little for me. |

I thought all the albums from Love & Life to Stronger with each tear were all extension parts of My Life I love MJB, but she's officially running outta ideas.
she's always moving over the same obstacles on each album and it's like "Wasn't that stuff in your past the inspiration for your last 3 albums? I thought you moved past the drama you've been talking about"

My Life... part II? Leave that classic alone and dont make a sequel that will not live up to the name.
I love Mary, and dont mind her making another album.... but please dont name it "My Life....Part II".
Why Mary Why!?!?!? LOL..... geez, its just a title, i actually care about the content more, her last album was wack btw (been a fan since 97) |

I've been a fan since '92, but I didn't even buy her last album. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis |

If Puff shits is making appearance's on your project u have already RUN out of ideas.
Sean Combs was an executive producer on My Life. Seeing him involve with My Life II is no real surprise.

It's too bad Mary can't stay away from Sean Combs the same way Faith Evans can. |

Mary seemed to adjust fine without him for a good minute. Sean can't pull his weight like he used to. I wonder if Mary will realize that one day. |
