XCLUSIVE: Jermaine JacksonSettles Child Support Case: MustPay $80,000Posted on Apr 01, 2011 @ 01:35AM ![]() WENN/INF
Jermaine Jackson has been ordered by a judge to pay his ex $80,000 in back child support, something he claims is a huge financial burden for him.
"I'm not rich like Michael was," Jermaine exclusively told RadarOnline.com outside the courtroom on Friday.
In the terms of the settlement, Jermaine is going to have to pay Alejandra Jackson$5,000 by cashiers check by April 4; $15,000 by April 8; $20,000 by April 13 and $40,000 by May 13.
His driver's license was revoked because of the outstanding child support, but it will be reinstated when he pays the $5,000 on April 4. Jermaine actually owed Alejandra $103,000 but the $80,000 will be all he is required to pay.
He spoke exclusively with RadarOnline.com about Alejandra and about his financial situation, claiming the court has gratly overestimated his earnings.
"The problem is she's been living in the Havenhurst house for 18 years. She has never once paid a bill. "The $3,000 payment; they judged that off of one show I was on, Big Brother," where he earned almost $400,000.
"In 2008 I made no money," Jermaine said. The judge "didn't give me a chance." As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jermaine's bid to lower his child support payments was denied by the court. "Justice is not justice. It is so unfair," Jermaine exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
Meanwhile, Alejandra told RadarOnline.com that her relationship with Jermaine is "complicated," but that she wants the financial settlement to be finalized today. "People think that I don't work, but being a mom of 5 kids, that alone is work. I want this to be done so I can move on with my life." “I’ve given him a break and I just want to move on.” http://www.radaronline.co...-pay-80000
EXCLUSIVE: Jermaine Jackson On Losing Child Support Battle: ‘Justice Is Not Justice’Posted on Apr 01, 2011 @ 11:30AM ![]() Splash News
Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine was in court Friday battling with his ex over child support and when the judge denied his claim to lower the amount he pays he exclusively toldRadarOnline.com that he wasn’t happy about the ruling.
“Justice is not justice. It is so unfair,” Jermaine exclusively told RadarOnline.com outside a Los Angeles court room, where he is appearing against Alejandra Jackson, the mother of two of his children.
Jermaine was seeking to lower his monthly payments to Alejandra for their two children, but Commissioner Nancy Pogue denied his motion and ordered that he will continue to pay $3,000 a month in child support. In addition, according to his ex, Jermaine is over $100,000 behind in his payments to Alejandra.
“He’s $100,000 back on child support and he says he doesn’t have it,” Alejandra exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “I want him to do this right thing by his children.” His lawyers argued that his income is “totally inflated. He’s a great entertainer that doesn’t have consistency from year to year. Fame doesn’t always translate into money.”
Alejandra told RadarOnline.com that her relationship with Jermaine is “complicated,” but that she wants the financial settlement to be finalized today. “People think that I don’t work, but being a mom of 5 kids, that alone is work. I want this to be done so I can move on with my life.”
She is also involved in a lawsuit with Michael Jackson’s estate, who want her to move out of the Jackson family compound and she told RadarOnline.com what she is trying to accomplish in that situation. “I just want my children to have a secure place, a home.” Alejandra spoke fondly about Michael’s three children. “They’re beautiful,” she said.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: MichaelJackson Wanted Brothers' BabyMama Evicted From FamilyCompound, Says JermainePosted on Apr 04, 2011 @ 03:47AM ![]() Splash News / AFF
Michael Jackson wanted the mother of his two brother's children evicted from the family's Encino compound, Jermaine toldRadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. Jermaine said the King of Pop told his brothers and sisters, before his shock death: "My mother never said Alejandra could stay at Havenhurst forever!"
He said Michael, who died of lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol at age 50, had explicitly asked the mother-of-four be removed from the home he owned when Jermaine split from her, in 2004. The pair's divorce wasn't finalized until 2008.
"Michael would have done anything for one us, but he did not come around to Havenhurst because he didn't like Alejandra," Jermaine told RadarOnline.com. The Estate of Michael Jackson is due to face off with Alejandra Oaziaza Jackson in a Los Angeles court on April 14, when a judge will decide whether she and her children, dubbed 'The Jackson Five,' should be evicted from the compound.
"She's played dirty," said Jermaine. "She acted like my mom was going to throw her out on the street and that's not true." http://www.radaronline.co...ted-family
EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW:Jacksons Offered Jermaine's Ex Condo NOT To Write Tell-All BookPosted on Apr 05, 2011 @ 06:30AM ![]() Splash News
Jackson matriarch Katherine offered her sonJermaine's ex-lover a fully furnished condo provided she kill a book expose that is set to spill the famed family's inner most secrets.
Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline.com, Jermaine revealed the King of Pop's ex sister-in-law Alejandra rejected the bold bid because she's intent on telling all and won't leave the Jackson family compound in Encino, California.
"She doesn't want to leave Havenhurst and go to the condo because she wants to write a book on the family," Jermaine, 56, told RadarOnline.com. "But if she moved in, she would have to agree not to."
Katherine offered Alejandra -- who is alsomother to two of (Jermaine's brother) Randy'schildren -- a condo and a $2,500 per month stipend if she signed a confidentiality agreement, RadarOnline.com has been told.
"My mom prepared a condo for Alejandra and she says it's not good enough," Jermaine said, in an exclusive interview. "My mom furnished it and everything... the condo was good enough for Michael and Janet, who had stayed there. It was a place we had just in case anyone needed to go there."
Jermaine said the offer no longer stands. The feuding camps are due in a Los Angeles court on April 14, when at trial, a judge will decide whether Alejandra and the children, dubbed 'The Jackson Five,' should be evicted.
"She has to live off what I'm going to give her," Jermaine said, adding: "She needs to get out and get a job!" As RadarOnline.com reported, a Los Angeles judge last week ordered Jermaine to pay Alejandra $80,000 in back child support.
Said Jermaine: "It's not called child support, it's 'Alejandra support.'" He added: "The Jacksons are a family of dignity who cares about people. Here we have that love and caring being abused."

BAM! There it is.
I'm glad you included the comment about the payment amounts being based on income and determined by a formula (computer generated). Some people aren't aware of this and think child support payments are arbitrary; like some judge just said "whatever". I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!

i think this is an interesting point... however, for me i believe we are too conditioned in this society to be individualistic (the internet contributes to that greatly), and we think none of these things are our business. i think when it comes to children, these things ARE our business. i am concerned about the children's welfare. if it were just jermaine, alejandra, randy, katherine and whichever other adult, i would not really be as concerned. no one is really talking about how it affects the children; either michael's OR alejandra's kids. they didn't ask to be in the middle of that situation. i send positive energy to them. Jermaine Jackson's ex-girfriend and mother to his kids has agreed to vacate Michael Jackson's compound, just days before she was due in court to face eviction,RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
Alejandra Jackson has been battling it out with the King of Pop's estate after she refused to leave the Encino property so it could be renovated.
But in a sudden, shock move she has agreed to leave the compound - where she has resided for nearly 20 years - almost immediately.
Legal documents, filed Friday state: "The Residence will voluntarily vacate and withdraw from the immediate possession of the Residence no later than 9.30am April 14th 2011."
Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine and his three children, already moved out of the property and are renting a house in Calabasas, Ca. However Alejandra was refusing to budge despite being offered a fully furnished condo to house her own family.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com Jermaine opened up about the battle and revealed his brother wanted Alejandra - who also has two children with his other brotherRandy Jackson - evicted.
"Michael would have done anything for one of us, but he did not come around to Havenhurst because he didn't like Alejandra," he said. "She's played dirty. She acted like my mom was going to throw her out on the street and that's not true."
Alejandra's lawyer, Robert Kashfian, has requested that the "Unlawful Detainer trial date be re-designated as a Case Management Conference" or the "trial date be vacated" so they can discuss other possessory matters regarding the case at a later date.
